The Challenge

There was need for tracking the readiness of parts at the various factories and to check the stages and sub stages of parts to take delivery and improvement decisions. At the same time it was required that this data was available to the managers on the move and on the desktop without having to drill down into complex ERP systems.

The Solution

The widget and iPad app - We proposed a solution with development of Widget for MAC and windows 7 which used SSO for authentication, delivering required data with regular updates.
The iPad App provided mobility to the factory managers on the floor irrespective of their location in the factory. The iPad app was designed and developed for performance, which was most crucial when the managers had to look up for data very often on the App.
